- Eric's original chicken coop designs caught my eye when I first saw them but we needed something different for our little flock. To my delight Eric was extremely accommodating and came up with a custom design to my specifications that has worked perfectly for us. He even now includes our coop in his menu of options as the Pacifica Penthouse. It protects our hens from predators and the wet, windy weather around here; it's easy to clean, the laying boxes are convenient, and it's roomy and well-ventilated for the girls. - I enlisted Eric's services since my existing chicken coop was on its last leg. I was looking for something that would last long and my husband wanted to be able to walk into a run (he's 6'). Eric was very easy to work with and exchanged design and feature ideas easily over text. Once a design was agreed to, Eric was able to complete the job in a week and even delivered and assembled/installed! The chicken coop exceeded my expectations and imagination. - We foster feral kittens and work to tame them so they can be adopted into loving homes. We wanted to find a structure that would allow the kittens enough space to play and enjoy the fresh air during nice weather while also keeping them safe. I ran across Eric's ad for his barrel creations and seeing one of his chicken coops, it looked like it would fit the bill. We were so impressed with the quality of construction, we promptly placed our order. Eric was great to work with and was happy to make a few customizations. And so the Kitty Casita was born. It has been a lifesaver for us and has helped us foster numerous litters of kittens and also a few adult cats that we were able to help get adopted. We added a large tree branch inside which allows the kittens to scratch and climb and improve their agility. They have all loved the wine barrel for sleeping as it is warm and cozy.
